The Brief
Jordan had a growing public presence — books, a podcast, press appearances — but no central site controlling search results for his name. Most traffic landed on third-party platforms instead of a property he owned. He needed a simple author platform that could rank for Jordan Grumet, MD and act as a single hub for his work.
Approach
I started by building a simple author hub that clearly introduced Jordan and surfaced his books, podcast, and media presence. The site was built in WordPress with a lightweight structure designed to quickly point visitors to the platforms where his work lives. After launch, I optimized the page structure and metadata to compete for searches around Jordan Grumet, MD, helping the site rank alongside press articles and podcast platforms already using his name.

Craft Notes
The structure of the site was built around one priority: promoting Jordan’s books. Everything else — podcast links, media appearances, and background information — supports that goal. When the second book launched, the redesign focused on making the new release the visual and navigational center of the site.
