The Brief
The hospital had no blog, no video channel, and no real system for ongoing digital outreach. I was brought in through PS Communications, Inc. under Endesign Studio LLC to build a custom media platform from the ground up, then support it through video editing and ongoing content publishing.
Approach
I set up YouTube as the hospital’s video platform, then developed a WordPress blog to serve as the central publishing hub for both video and written outreach. After launch, I supported the channel end to end by editing videos, preparing posts, optimizing content for search, and publishing on an ongoing schedule.

Craft Notes
The interesting part of this project was building a media workflow before that kind of outreach was standard practice for many hospitals. I used simple, durable tools — YouTube for streaming and WordPress for publishing — then helped turn that setup into an active channel through hands-on editing, SEO, and ongoing content support.
