Designed a Human-Guided AI Publishing System
BlogStream is a human-guided AI publishing system built to restore structure, voice, and editorial control to AI-assisted content. It replaces blind automation with staged drafting, review checkpoints, and intentional distribution.

- I architected the system end-to-end — defining the persona model, structuring the workflow, and designing the dashboard experience. I led product strategy, UX/UI, and the publishing logic governing human + AI collaboration.

The Brief
AI writing tools surged. So did distrust. Teams either over-automated and published generic work, or avoided AI to protect their voice. BlogStream was built to close that gap — keeping strategy and editorial control intact while still gaining speed.
Approach
I started with proto-personas to define voice and audience before generating a single headline. Content moves through structured phases — headline, outline, drafting, refinement, internal linking, SEO review — with human checkpoints at each stage. The system enforces sequence. AI accelerates inside boundaries.
Outcomes
Content now moves through a repeatable publishing system instead of ad-hoc prompts. Personas anchor strategy before execution begins. Teams move faster without losing voice. AI operates under direction — not as a risk to manage.

Craft Notes
I treated AI as a constrained system, not a creative engine. The value came from sequence — not prompts. By forcing structure before generation, the output stopped drifting and started compounding. Most AI tools optimize for speed. This one optimizes for control.
